ABOUT J. DORTHEN MARTIN

He has always had a desire to find the best in everyone and to assist others in achieving their goals and aspirations.

Being raised in a small Central Texas town, J. Dorthen knows what it means to want to excel, broaden your horizons and make a positive impact not only to those close to you, but to others who need guidance and structure in their lives. Growing up always hearing from his father “Do the right thing”, and from his mother, “Always say a little prayer”, his life has been molded into one that ceases to strive for greatness and stand on faith.

He has always had a desire to find the best in everyone and to assist others in achieving their goals and aspirations. Therefore, J. Dorthen uses Life Coaching, Image Consulting and Motivational Speaking to assist others in becoming the most charismatic, well rounded individuals that they were meant to be.

With over two decades of professional experience, which includes management and leadership roles, J. Dorthen has mastered the art of communication skills, negotiation skills, and reinvention when it comes to change and how to adapt and stay focused in the workplace and at home.
